Founded in 2021, The Attachment School is a registered 501c3 educational nonprofit. Our mission is to encourage optimal human tendencies through secure attachment and emotional connection. At The Attachment School, we explore a remarkable approach for attachment healing, with a primary emphasis on the anxious attachment style. Our approach combines attachment studies, evolutionary psychology, mindfulness and most importantly, an abundance of opportunities for connection within our community.
Overview
The Attachment School agrees to provide an online coaching community (“We”, “Staff”, the “Community”) to registered members (“Members”). Your participation in the community is defined “Membership Access”. By participating in Membership Access, Members agree to the terms, conditions and agreements found in this document.
Welcome To The Attachment School
Our primary focus is on providing a “functional ecosystem” for attachment healing. This means a place where Members can participate in a social experience that positively influences their sense of secure attachment as well as emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
This document is our reference of your privileges and responsibilities as a Member of The Attachment School.
In short, your Membership Access comes with wonderful privileges, and in turn we ask that you participate in a way that benefits the collective experience.
Membership Benefits
Active membership grants you access to The Attachment School’s online community. This encompasses Zoom sessions, chat groups, and Facebook groups.
Membership Access Conditions
Membership access is contingent on the Member being in good standing and abiding by the Code of Conduct and Community Responsibilities outlined in this Agreement.
Members in good standing are those who adhere to the principles of respect, inclusivity, and positive engagement within The Attachment School community.
Scope of Membership Access
Membership Access includes the following benefits:
Members can join scheduled Zoom meetings and participate in discussions, and other community activities.
Access to chat groups enables members to engage in ongoing conversations, share resources, and connect with other community members outside of scheduled sessions.
Membership in our private Facebook group provides an additional platform for networking, discussions, and community updates.
Limitations of Membership
Please note that Membership Access does not grant access to retreats or classes that may be offered by The Attachment School. While Membership Access allows participation in the online community within the “Scope of Membership Access”, additional classes, courses, and retreats may be offered at an additional fee.
Membership Dues
Membership Access is granted to those who pay the full Initial Enrollment Fee (a.k.a. “Membership Fee”, the initial payment upon joining).
Class, Webinar, or Recorded Course Participants do not incur the benefits of full Membership Access.
Members are asked to make an annual donation (suggested between $1000 – $3000) to keep their membership active. This occurs at the time of The Attachment School’s annual fundraiser (dates may vary).
Membership does not include additional classes or retreats and is limited to the “Scope of Membership Access”.
Refund Policy
Members may request a refund of their Initial Membership Enrollment Fee (a.k.a. “Membership Fee”, the initial payment upon joining) for up to 90 days after making the initial payment. Refunds will terminate Membership Access.
No refunds are given for classes, retreats, annual donations, or additional donations under any circumstances.
Termination of Membership Access
The Attachment School reserves the right to revoke Membership Access in cases where a Member violates the Code of Conduct or fails to meet the community responsibilities outlined in this document. Termination of Membership Access may occur without prior notice. No refunds are given for Termination of Membership Access under any circumstances.
By participating in The Attachment School gaining Membership Access, members acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Members are asked to conduct themselves following our communication guidelines during sessions and other community activities. Members are expected to follow community guidelines promoting supportive interactions – outlined in the “Do’s and Don’ts Communication Guidelines”.
Members will not participate in retreats or Zoom meetings while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants. Members will not consume alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants during retreats or Zoom meetings.
We ask each member to take full responsibility for their personal well-being. Due to the nature of our offerings, Members may encounter a range of emotions, sensitive subjects, or potentially triggering situations. We encourage Members to approach these feelings, conflicts, and challenging moments with intention and compassion.
For support, please reach out to our staff. Mediation and other conflict resolution resources are readily available to help you navigate any difficulties that may arise.
